what we do
Patio & Paving Installation Across Lincolnshire
A patio is only as good as the installation behind it. We prepare a solid sub-base, set falls for drainage, and lay every slab level and true. We work with natural stone, porcelain and concrete paving across a wide range of styles and budgets — and we’ll help you choose the right material for your space during your free consultation.

What we offer
Paving That's Built to Last. Not Just to Look Good.
Every installation includes
Proper excavation, compacted MOT Type 1 sub-base, and mortar bed before a single slab is laid.
Every patio is laid with the right falls to move water away from the house and prevent pooling.
We source from trusted suppliers across natural stone, porcelain and concrete ranges to suit every budget.
Joints filled and pointed correctly to prevent weed growth, movement, and water ingress between slabs.

Why Choose Us
Paving installed the right way
A lot of paving looks good for a year and then starts to sink, shift or stain. We avoid that by doing the groundwork properly — sub-base, drainage, mortar bed — before anything goes down. It takes more time, but it’s the difference between a patio that lasts five years and one that lasts twenty.
- Proper sub-base construction on every job
- Which? Trusted Traders
- IWA insurance-backed guarantee

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the best paving material for a patio?
It depends on your garden, budget and maintenance preference. Porcelain is the most low-maintenance and frost-resistant option. Natural stone offers more character and warmth. We’ll talk you through the options during your free consultation.
How long does a patio installation take?
Most residential patios are completed in two to four days depending on size, materials and groundwork required.
Do you supply the materials as well as install?
Yes. We source and supply all materials as part of the project, so you don’t need to organise anything separately.
Will my patio drain properly?
Yes — we build drainage falls into every patio installation as standard. Water will always move away from the house and won’t pool on the surface. In some instances, like new build properties, we may have to undertake additional sub-base work as they are often prone to poor drainage.
Can you replace my existing patio?
Yes. We handle full removal of existing paving, disposal, and installation of the new surface. We’ll advise on whether the existing sub-base can be reused or needs replacing.
