Deliveries are costed dependant on the quantity ordered and the postcode for delivery.
Please allow 5/7 working days on a standard delivery. Required any sooner, will be an additional cost.
Due to the weight and bulky nature of our goods, we always advise that there is someone available to assist the driver with unloading on delivery. Due to the bespoke nature of our goods, we cannot accept returns on our products once installed.
You are able to collect your order from our warehouse in the North West, Runcorn. This must be organised with a member of the team at the office. You must ensure that you bring the correct vehicle on collection as some of our artificial grass is 4m in length and are very heavy. We wouldn’t want it to be a waster journey for you.
